She completed the work brilliantly in under 48 hours and at a very reasonable price — especially compared to several other Brighton companies who tried to charge a premium simply because it was a bridal gown. Afina fixed a new pocket zip on my Rab softshell hiking jacket. She also replaced a zip that was broken on my Lowe 10 litre hiking back pack. I also have a Wild Country high altitude mountain tent from which 2 of the 4 corner pegging points had torn away from the fly sheet, making the whole tent unuseable. She reattached these and the repair is excellent and really strong. I am elated as the tent is now reusable. I had tried to find someone — including the manufacturer's repair team — who could fix this for several years. All 3 repairs are fantastic. Ten out of ten.

Afina did a fantastic job on a halter neck dress I bought for a wedding! It was slightly tight and needed to be opened out on the sides with some adjustments needed to the neck halter to lay properly. We did a couple of fittings to ensure everything was seamlessly fit. Afina was meticulous with her attention to detail — very happy with her work and will happily go to her again.

I went in to have some alterations done to my jeans, and Afina's work was absolutely masterful. The place is lovely, and welcoming and you can tell she really takes pride in what she does. Afina is also very friendly and made the whole experience so easy. I'll definitely be coming back for all my tailoring needs!
